Disarmament: How Empires Fall

Some quick thoughts on gun control and mind control.

Anyone who studies history sooner or later sees  the phenomenon of giant sophisticated civilizations being CONQUERED by a few illiterate barbarians.

Whether it be the Akkadians being conquered by the Gutians or the Babylonians by the Kassites...or the Greeks by the Macedonians...or the Romans by the Goths...or the Chinese by the Mongols...

...what you have happening over and over again is the phenomenon of smallish groups illiterate and backward barbarians conquering complex civilizations.

How, pray tell, does that happen?

Well, the answer (which is never brought up by any ivory league group of historians) is arms control.

A few ignorant barbarians are able to conquer entire civilizations because the GOVERNMENT has basically DISARMED the people.

And not only have they disarmed the people, but in their limitless paranoia, have reduced the number of armies to a bare minimum directly under their control because they don’t trust their warlords or generals either.

So in their mind (an armed peasantry = peasant insurrections) and (too many armies = military uprisings led warlords).

So the result of these equations is simple.

The civilization’s population is made to disarm while the civilization’s armies are reduced to a bare minimum.

In this way the stage is set for barbarian conquest.

Normally one single decisive battle settles it.

The towns, villages and cities of the civilization are left open to attack occupied as they are by nothing but disarmed sheep (having been cowed into submission and uselessness by centuries of tyranny).

So when the barbarians venture upon these human population centers what follows is an easy mass enslavement and mass slaughter.

Can you imagine the Mongols trying to conquer China if every single Chinese village was armed to the teeth?

Have you ever seen the movie ‘Seven Samurai’? (that’s what it would have looked like, just on a grander scale).

But no, the Chinese peasant had been disarmed long ago and even his farming tools had been modified to make them totally useless for violence.

The results?

Total subjugation of the mighty Chinese Empire by a gang of illiterate barbarians.

It’s the same thing from the Babylonians down to the Aztecs.

I always wondered why the Europeans never did to the Africans what they did to the Aztecs in the 1500s.

The answer is, of course, that the mighty Latin American Empires of the Aztecs and the Incas were led by ‘God Kings’ who had disarmed their entire populations...

...while the African tribes consisted by and large of villages in which EVERY male member was armed and trained in the use of spear and lance.

Gee, where were all the Conquistadors when the gold, silver and diamonds of Africa beckoned?

I thought so.

It is always in the land of the ‘god king’ where the barbarian invader succeeds.

Did you see what the Vietnamese did to us during the Vietnam War? (and that was only the 10% of their population who were Communist!)

So you can see why the Founding Fathers put so much clout in local ‘militias’ as being the true vanguard against invasion.

As the American Civil War proved, civilians already skilled in the use of firearms can create HUGE armies in a short time (and this is not even true of the North who fought most of the war with only volunteers -  a small fraction of its total population).

And too much technicality has been given to the term militia of late.

The real truth is if you know how to load, shoot and maintain a rifle, you are already a prospective militia.

When the emergency arises, you will know who to join and what to do.

No further organization needed.

Future Russian and Chinese troops destined to patrol America’s streets, take heed: you will enter... but you won’t be leaving.

Which brings me to the phenomenon of Europe.

What a big example of a historical turkey THAT is.

Like all previous civilizations in decline, the Europeans have been disarmed and made into sheep people.

Their armies have been reduced to a bare minimum to guarantee their excessive welfare states can go on existing intact.

At present I don’t think Europe could even prevent an invasion by Muslims from Turky or the Middle East...much less Russia.

The Europeans seem to survive on a lofty platform of reason, humanity and self-importance.

The truth is the European goose is cooked.

Talk about a population with no spirit, no culture, no nationalism, no patriotism...no military.

All the Russian hordes have to do is drive across the undefended Northern Plain and reach the English Channel...and THAT’S IT!

So by now, I think you know what this entry is all about.

Any sovereign civilization needs an armed population to stave off the barbarian hordes.

Instead, what most civilizations end up doing is relying on small numbers of professional troops...who always FAIL to stop the barbarians.

It is typically sheepish human behavior that when a disaster occurs the population starts screaming for the police, the emergency responders and the government instead of dealing with it themselves.

This is the whole attitude now of Euro-American Civilization which has now come to depend on small numbers of professional troops instead of making THE PEOPLE a main part of the defense equation.

Any idiot knows THE PEOPLE will never organize, or plan, or scheme or come together into any sort of cohesive threat against any government unless one starts SLAUGHTERING, STARVING or ABUSING them. Then they will just revert to basic instinct and go ape.

An armed population is NOT dangerous at all...unless it starts being slaughtered and abused into the ground.

So all this talk about an armed population being dangerous is bunk.

The people will never fight unless they are put between a rock and a hard place...and even then the escalation will be gradual.

When the people are disarmed it is only for their preparation for the slaughter - whether by barbarians or conquistadors or foreign invaders.

This is the point that Europe has reached as its ‘conflict’ against Russia escalates.

This is the point our god kings in Government are trying to reach with the American public as they seek to disarm us while buying up all the arms and ammunition and preparing to call in foreign troops.

Let’s not be deceived.

An armed and trained population is sovereign, free, safe and totally NOT a threat to government.

A disarmed population is food for the wolves.

Unfortunately, the power mongers throughout history have striven to keep the population that way - disarmed and helpless.  

And that is what our American overlords are striving for now.

CONCLUSION

Throughout history governments have disarmed the population (because they don't trust their own people).

And then they have reduced the number of their armies (because they don't trust their own warlords).

Leaving entire civilizations open to 'conquest' by small numbers of invading illiterate barbarians...often at the conclusion of a single battle.

Presently, the United States of America and Europe are following the same pattern.

Presently no one NATO country has the draft.

Massive reserves of conscripts have been replaced by small professional armies.

Please note that the 'barbarians' (Russia, China, North Korea...and Mexico) have kept their conscription.

On top of this, the 'armies' US and NATO themselves are not only being reduced in numbers, but mutated into forces more apt at repressing the population than fighting battles.

History repeats itself...

...and soon you will see the barbarians arrive.

 

The Knock on the Door: Why We Keep Guns

A lot of fancy ideas have been expressed about the reason behind the 2nd Amendment - the right to keep and bare arms.

    -to empower the states with a local militia

    -defense against the illegal encroachments of government

    -to defend the United States in case of invasion

    -self-defense

My outlook on the 2nd Amendment is very blunt and very visceral.

A gun is the only thing that gives an individual sovereignty.

As regards to the people ‘rising up’ I am a conceptual pessimist.

The people have little organization, little money, little communication and little collaboration.

Its the upper class who organizes the people to rise up...to protect its own interests.  

So it is not the people who rise up, but a segment of the upper class, who proceed to finance and organize an uprising...to safeguard their own interests.

This is what happened in the American Revolution.

The American upper class threw in its treasure, its capital and its future to keep the new tyrant, King George III, from confiscating it.

The French Revolution was a battle between the thoroughly corrupted, degenerate, bankrupt and infiltrated French upper class...vs the stolid, disciplined and united Rothschild dynasty.

Guess who won?

The American Civil War was caused by a struggle between the Southern plantation class and the Northern capitalist (Rothschild-backed) class.

The interest is always self interest...and involves capital.

We are presently waiting for our corrupted, degenerate, bribed and infiltrated upper class to take some action against a Rothschild government that threatens to confiscate all its wealth.

Well, some things are happening.

For example, the Tea Party...and various alternative media organizations...are financed by what’s left of  our upper class in order to stop this Illuminati-Rothschild-Marxist government we now have...which threatens to confiscate all their wealth (just like the government of King George).

If a ‘revolution’ happens, it’ll be because what’s left of the American upper class has finally thrown it its hat to try to protect its capital against the confiscations of the Federal Government.

You can decorate this with all the Constitutionalism, patriotism, idealism and Americanism you want.

Nothing wrong with it.

Protection of capital is the way of the world.

But continuing with my concept of owning a gun.

Regardless of whether the upper class rebels or not against some other imposing upper class, the people should have the right to own guns.

Why?

Because of the knock on the door.

I have read about it throughout history.

A takeover happens...the government collapses or is deposed...a new tyranny takes over...then the knocks on the door begin.

Think Stalinist Russia, Nazi Germany, Maoist China or Pol Pot’s Cambodia.

With the legitimate elected government deposed....and a new bureaucratic tyranny installed...it is time to eliminate the ‘counter-revolutionaries.’

Anyone who has caused or has the potential to cause any opposition to the new established tyranny is sought out and arrested...frequently for low key execution.

In most of the accounts I have read, the targeted individual sits there simply cowering as the dreaded ‘knock on the door’ happens in the middle of the night.

Then he either gathers up enough nerve (or cowardice) to open it...or the mysterious men simply kick the door in (the neighbors know better than to interfere).

Normally, the sheep goes quietly to the slaughter...which finally ends up claiming the lives of millions.

He goes quietly to the slaughter because he is unarmed and the men outside the door ARE.

But let's change the situation a little bit.

The cowering man is now ARMED.

He knows what the knock on the door means.

He knows his time is up...and all he has left in this world is a legacy of whether to go out with a whimper...or a BANG.

In other words, to take his tormentors with him.

How messy and troublesome for the state executioners!

Can you imagine all the trouble, chaos....and danger when they try to kill off 10% of the targeted population?

Yeah...that is what I am talking about.

Taking your tormentors with you.

When you take up arms against whatever it is that calls itself ‘the state’ it is because you have little or nothing to lose and you are willing to die.

In other words, things have gotten so dire, rotten and out of control, that you are willing to DIE rather than continue complying.

An ARMED population makes the ‘knock on the door’ an impossibility.

This is because every ‘knock’ on every door will open the possibility of tumult, violence and chaos....all the things a government really hates.

What will the result be then?
THERE WILL BE NO MORE KNOCKS ON THE DOOR.

The knocks...if begun...will stop.

If they don’t stop at the first...tenth...or twentieth door, they WILL stop.

The mysterious men won’t have the guts, the dedication or the bravery to keep kicking down one door after another when they are confronted with gun wielding nihilists.

In fact, after a while, the state probably won’t have enough mysterious men to keep the knocks going.

Solzhenitsin, the Russian who wrote ‘Gulag Archipelago’ underlined that while in the Gulag death camps he and his companions never stopped lamenting each passing day with the thought that if they had only resisted the mysterious men with pans, butcher knives, irons and pokers (the Russian population had never been allowed to keep guns)...that the purges would have stopped.

Get it?

Solzhenitsin was TORMENTED by the fact that he and his comrades had gone quietly and PINING at the fact of not having killed his captors instead.

This is why I have a gun...

...and I will never surrender my gun.

If they come for my gun, I will either use it...or hide it.

If it is confiscated...I will get another one.

I will ALWAYS have a gun.

Whatever happens to the state, or the government, or the revolution...

I will never be a head of cattle to be slaughtered by the state...or by anybody.

I will always be a sovereign human being even if I have to be a dead human being.

This is why I keep a gun.

If EVERY American had this attitude, then the American people will never have to come to fear the ‘knock on the door.’

THE GOOD NEWS

The good news is it probably won’t even have to come living room battlefields.

It is the mere EXISTENCE of guns in the hands of law abiding citizens that keeps the state from ever ‘knocking on doors’ (that is, to purging the population).

In other words, we keep our guns, the purge will never happen.

This is why I keep my guns.
 
CONCLUSION

America, you are safe as long as you keep your guns.

America, the minute you surrender your guns is the minute you become slaughterable cattle.

Keep your guns under the rights guaranteed to you under the Constitution...

...or suffer the fate of the Russians under Stalin, the Germans under Hitler, the Chinese under Mao or the Cambodians under Pol Pot.

Our guns are the only thing that keeps us sovereign and free.

The Day They Take Away Our Guns

In 1998, the most draconian gun-confiscation program in modern history took place in Australia by its leftist leaning liberal government.

Triggered by a series of pre-staged 'nut with a gun' crimes, the confiscation took the gun-owning population of Australia by surprise.

The result?

A lot of screaming, a lot of protests, a lot of petitions being signed.

But when push came to shove, the tough, gun-owning population of Australia surrendered their guns.

Most of the guns (70%) in Australia were confiscated...and destroyed.

As far as I know, not one death was caused by way of a single Australian resisting civil disarmament.

In the aftermath of the gun confiscation, the few legal gun owners who were allowed to keep the last of the few remaining legal guns VOLUNTARILY TURNED IN THE LAST FEW GUNS THEY LEGALLY ALLOWED TO KEEP because the bureaucratic red tape was too much for them.

Amazing.

The human sheep-like instinct of compliance even in the Australian gun culture society came as a complete shock to me.

Many Australians buried their guns, but that is little more than a pride-saving gesture.

The foreseen, predicted and expected increase in criminal gun crimes arrived right on cue the following year.

Please understand...

There is no nice and gentlemanly way to prevent gun confiscation.

The message to the government has to be simple, direct and brutal:

   'Any attempt to physically confiscate guns from law abiding citizens will be met with lethal force.'

Now that requires the conviction by the gun owners that their right to bear arms is worth dying for.

After reading the historical record of one disarmed population after another being slaughtered like cattle, I have come to the conclusion that YES, IT IS!

Yes, our Bill of Rights is worth dying for!

Yes, our Gun Rights are worth dying for!

Our Country, our Constitution, Our Bill of Rights and our Guns are worth dying for and a lot of Americans are willing to do just that at the drop of a freaking hat!!!!

Survivalism: Keeping It Real (Part-II)

There are different types of crisis and for each one you need a different and specialized type of survival preparation.

I can’t say enough when it comes to sticking to the lone-abundantly-stocked-cabin-fortress-in-the-woods scenario.

If you’ve got, one great!

But don't make this the beginning, middle and end of your survival strategy.

Plan ahead, keep a firm foot in reality…and stay flexible.

There are three types crisis situations:
-Economic Collapse
-Civil Unrest
-Social Collapse
-Drastic Political Change
-Catastrophe
-War

Let’s look at the details for each one below:

Economic Collapse
A situation of economic collapse is one of monetary instability.

There is little means to acquire money and what little money is available is losing its value as you hold it in your hands.

What does this look like?

Mass unemployment, little pay and increasing prices.

The situation does not lend itself to saving money.

At this time, the bottom tier is going homeless, suffering from exposure or going hungry.

You want to make sure you don’t join this group.

Silver Coins
To prepare, you may start by hoarding real money, not paper money.

By this I mean gold and silver coins minted by legitimate governments.

You can be holding a real bar of pure gold.

Nobody on the street will respect it unless it has some sort of recognizable seal proving it is what you say it is.

This is why you want coins.

Gold is the best – but remember – governments (like Franklin Roosevelt’s) have a reputation of confiscating gold in hard times. This means they give you 30 days to sell ALL your gold to a government agency at THEIR PRICE.

What gold you then keep (illegally) then becomes hard to sell it becomes a felony.

If this happens, you will be forced to sell what gold you have on the black market to acquire money. But from here on you don’t really know who you are dealing with or what they will do to you.

You can stockpile gold, but understand that you will probably end up selling it on the black market to people you don’t know or trust and at risk to yourself. Count on the government confiscating all gold.

This is why I prefer silver coins.

They have a stamp proving legitimacy and acceptability (American Eagles are best). They can be used directly to purchase things from mom and pop stores (chain stores will reject them). And they can be easily and locally exchanged for money.

So stock up on American Eagle silver coins to prevent inflation from destroying your savings.

Convert your money into silver coinage to preserve the value of your savings.

Otherwise inflation will destroy your saved money.

Remember, if you invest in gold or silver, the value of your gold and silver will increase along with inflation, thus preserving the value of your money.

Pay Off Your House
The one thing you want to own during bad economic times is a paid-off house.

If you live in an economically viable area you can work there and drive to work from there.

If your area dries up economically, you at least have a rental property or you can sell it to acquire another property in your new location (probably at a loss).

A paid off house removes the large financial burdens of rent and home insurance.

It offers a place of refuge to your loved ones, friends and relatives.

It also serves as a reliable home-base from which you can travel to find work elsewhere to feed your family.

Make Plans to Stay Mobile
A hard economy might require that you move frequently from one area to another in search of a job.

In this case, it is better to leave your family in the care of a relative while you head out on your own.

Even if you find a job, rent rather than buy.

A mortgaged house is like an extra anchor of expenditure that weighs on you and your family during hard economic times. There is no guarantee that the job you have today will be there tomorrow to keep paying for that house, so rent rather than buy.

Find maintainable employment
Work at something that is in demand.
Work on the side for cash
Start your own business from home.

Car
Pay-off, sell or otherwise get rid of car bills.
Buy a quality used car from a private seller (car dealers just want to get you into debt).
Make sure its an extreme fuel-saver.
Use gasoline fuel-saving additives and devices (they work! – look them up on the web)

Face the Fact: You Are Poor
We all are! The entire country is….save for a few oligarchic elites.
Too many Americans will increase their suffering both psychologically and physically because they don’t own up to this fact now.
These people keep spending on things that they still consider ‘necessary’ while the truth is they can no longer afford them.

Get Rid of Your Bills
Get rid of all non-essential expenditure.
-mortgages
-insurance
-health insurance (yes, get rid of it – see below)
-cable
-vacations
-subscriptions

Switch from Standard to Alternate Medicine
Health insurance is unaffordable
Medical treatment is unaffordable.
The modern health industry is in a condition of collapse.
Modern medicine is a murderous fraud.
It will hinder, bankrupt and then kill you.
Chemotherapy, radiation treatment or cut and burn will kill you before the cancer does.
Switch to alternative medicine – it is cheaper and it works better than standard medicine.
Finally, look at it this way: you can afford alternative medicine. You can no longer afford modern medicine.

Connect with Family and Relatives
Now’s the time.
You don’t know when you might desperately need their help.
Reconnect with relatives and friends – come closer together.
You’re going to need each other.

Secure Your Home
-window bars
-alarms
-censors
-dogs
-locks
-steel doors
-cameras
-guns
-keep somebody at home at all times

Be Aware of Your Surroundings
As the economy tanks, crime will skyrocket.
Corruption will also skyrocket.
Stay aware of your surroundings, situation and the opportunity for crime or corruption to hurt you.

Get in Touch with the Black Market
Black markets flourish in hard economic times to counter government regulations.
Merchandise (like food) can be acquired from a black market at half the price (yeah, it might be ‘expired’, but you can still eat it).

Deal in Cash
Get the job done off Craigslist and pay in cash
You yourself can work independently for cash
Businesses pay a lot in taxes, rent and electricity so they charge you more than just a plain skilled person.
Also, cash cannot be tracked and is tax-free

Civil Unrest
Hopefully, this is the way the States will confront and tame the Federal Government.

County Sheriffs will stop accepting Federal mandates or authority.

State Legislatures will start rejecting Federal mandates.

Police and soldiers will stop obeying illegal and unconstitutional orders.

Members of our military will start quitting in disgust.

This is the most desirable SHTF scenario, but make no mistake, it will involve hardship.

Please note: depending on how far both sides are willing to push the envelope, this could be the precursor to a national civil war.

So be ready (if necessary) to survive war (see below).

Civil disobedience at the state and local level can lead to a plethora of economic and social problems.

Presently the State and Federal are so intertwined that a separation could lead to unforeseen economic shock.

The Federal government could lash back by cutting off all Federal aid and all Federal programs in disobedient states.

This means masses of welfare-dependent recipients finding themselves penniless, huge prison populations without a supporting structure, collapse of our federally dependent educational system.

Things could get even worse if the Feds cut off rail, highway, air and sea traffic to the state.

So you can soon be facing something close to a social collapse situation.

Under these circumstances standard survival preparations will come in handy.

But don’t expect a 4th of July Parade.

The disobedient states (under a lot of economic pressure) may start enforcing some pretty draconian regulations (food and gas purchase limitations, higher taxes, wage and price control, arbitrary laws, increased militia presence, etc) to deal with it.

Whichever way you slice it, state vs fed confrontation will carry with it a lot of hardship.

Understand that your state is fighting for your rights, but that it is doing so under a lot of pressure. It will have to make many difficult decisions.

This is really our greatest chance to make a difference and save the country.

Support your local state and become part of the process, not a hindrance.

This will not be easy, especially when some of your state actions begin to resemble the very same Fed abuses we are rebelling against.

But understand that an organized state-level disobedience stands the greatest chance of success.

Make it your plan to be a supportive part of it.

Hopefully, the Feds will blink and they will erase some of the most unconstitutional, socialistic and un-American laws in this country’s entire history.

On the other hand, they may not.

A situation like this could lead to a civil war, so you must keep this possibility at the back of your mind at all costs (see surviving war below).

Social Collapse
This is the standard SHTF scenario which everybody has in mind when they talk about survival.

This is a situation where government loses control over society and society breaks itself and then breaks down.

Believe it or not, there are not too many examples of this outside of Haiti, Ethiopia, Somalia and some African countries.

Such a thing could become a true reality for America in a Planet-X or EMP attack scenario, in other words, a catastrophe that affects the entire nation, not just one local area.

Suggestions that an economic collapse alone will cause social collapse are, in my opinion exaggerated.

Historically governments have kept a steely grip on society in the worse of economic collapses (see 1990’s Argentina or Brazil, Weimar Germany or Leningrad in 1941).

It is my belief that government will not only keep a steel grip, but will radically increase its enforcement power within an economic collapse scenario – even if America is starving.

For certain, all survival preparations you have made will serve you well – with one exception:

Don’t count on a stand-off scenario.

The government enforcement mechanism will be radically enlarged and looking for any challenge to its authority.

Instead, hide and survive in quiet fashion.

(If there is a resistance movement, join it, but make sure your family is safe first.)

Your preparations will make your survival more pleasant and avoid the drastic deprivation others will be suffering.

Your main concern should be to keep you ‘stash’ secret from jealous neighbors, government informers or government enforcement.

Historically all such ‘stashes’ are confiscated by government and their owners accused of ‘hoarding.’

This extends to weapons.

Hide your weapons from government thugs. To prevent intrusion, buy your weapons from private parties. FBI lists will be used to confiscate legally purchased weapons. Even then you can hide your weapons (learn weapon stashing techniques) so that when the thugs come a knockin’ they find nothing.

For all practical purposes, the government will keep a steel grip on society until the economy recovers.

Your job is:
-Confront government if confrontation is actually happening (but put your family in a safe place first)
-Hide your goods (in your property and abroad)
-Keep a low profile
-Be ready to Leave the Country if the re-established society goes against your values
-Make Preparations to Stay Mobile (you may be required to evacuate your immediate place of residence in an instant).

Drastic Political Change
This means the government has changed radically into a non-democratic entity – a dictatorship.

There is no more resistance. The new government has simply taken over.

Revolutionary France, Communist Russia, Imperial Japan and Nazi Germany are good examples of this.

When faced with torrential events like the Russian Revolution or the Chinese Revolution, survivalism is moot. The best choice is to leave.

If you see America overrun by enforcers, its government replaced by a puppet government and concentration camps open for business, your best move might be to move (or at least move your family) to another country.

Of course, we are talking about an endgame scenario here.

Under this scenario, all resistance has stopped.

If there is no more active resistance either by government or the people, what are you doing there?

You must decide whether continuing to live in such a society meets your moral, political, social values.

Most such societies end badly, with their populations suffering huge deprivation (either from within, without, or both).

So if you are seeing mass-arrests, mass-disappearances, concentration camps, persecutions, executions, fear, police and enforcers everywhere…without any resistance from government or the population…the best choice for you might be to leave.

In hindsight, everyone who left France before the Revolution, Russia before Communism, Japan before WW-II or Germany before Hitler is considered not only heroic, but intelligent, moral and upright.

These ‘refugees’ are admired for their rejection of evil, and are never looked down upon.

When your entire society has surrendered to the devil and turned itself into hell, sometimes the most revolutionary act of protest and resistance an individual make is to leave (and carry on the struggle from the outside).

Catastrophe
Catastrophe can be either natural or man-made.

In this case, survival involves the preparation against catastrophe for the period of up to one year.

It could be a big catastrophe, it could be a local catastrophe, it could be a national catastrophe, it could be a world catastrophe.

What is important is that you survive it by being prepared to do three things:
Hunker down
Move
and

…for a year…and…not necessarily in that order.

The only way to survive non-survivable catastrophe is to not be present in the area where it occurs in the first place.

You can begin to ‘survive’ RIGHT NOW by moving out of these danger zones:
-the coast
-large metropolitan areas
-tornado zones
-earthquake zones
-riversides
-low ground
-areas around nuclear plants
-areas around military bases

Simply relocate as soon as possible to places that don’t include any of the above.

A large part of surviving a natural catastrophe is simply not being at the wrong place at the wrong time…before the catastrophe even begins.

As much as we fantasize about the total collapse of government and society, the truth is some type of government has historically continued to exist in even the most extreme of circumstances along with its power to organize and enforce.

This means that in a sedentary (non-nomadic) group or society some entity is always in charge, even if that entity is a group of shirtless guys with AK-47s.

All you have to do is look at modern day Somalia or WW-II Leningrad to see that government ‘continues’ in the most extreme of conditions. I mean, we’re talking mass starvation and death here. You think that affected ‘the government’ any?

Government is sort of like a cockroach. It can survive in the most exreme environments.

It’s the little people like you and me who get to die off.

The sad truth is that government continues to exist in the most difficult conditions, even if its only purpose is just to poke you with a bayonet and tell you to ‘move.’

In fact, the above seems to be FEMA’s main role in most natural catastrophes.

What ever the case may be, survival is always a short-term answer (1 week to 1 year) during which you must survive until you come under the rule of the new or reconstituted social reorganization which will inevitably occur.

The idea of surviving independently for years on your own or with a survival team is a fantasy. Eventually, the enforcers of the new or reconstituted social order (whatever it may be) will gain a say in your affairs, and you will become part that larger community.

The key choices are survive or move. If your area floods, you must move. If a hurricane destroys your town, you must survive.

Human government survives in the most extreme of circumstances and it often has at its disposition enough bodies of cannon fodder to overwhelm you.

War
We are talking all out war here – total war – and more specifically, war which affects your immediate living space.

This could be anything from an internal civil war, to a foreign invasion to a nuclear strike.

Mobility is the main factor in surviving war.

The things to consider are:
1) your location
2) how you will change your location
3) where will you go to once the change is made

When dealing with being overrun by war, your ability to re-locate neatly and efficiently is of maximum importance.

Notice the emphasis is on movement here.

You cant’ make a stand against roving armies.

All out war is like a tidal waves that engulfs and wipes out whatever stands in its way.

If WW-II is anything on which to base things on, then the people caught in war’s path will be subject to rape, enslavement, exposure, starvation and death.

It is better just to move out of war’s way.

Remember, this is not a collapse scenario. War is the destruction human beings by governments who are still very much in charge and in control.

So to restate: the best way to survive all out war is to GET OUT OF ITS WAY.

Don’t let your “stuff” keep you from vacating.

The best time to get out of the way is before the war gets to you.

Many people left Nazi Germany and Eastern Europe before WW-II due to their fear of Fascism instead of a sense of all-out war.

Those who did later breathed a sigh of relief when they saw what happened to those areas in 1944 and 1945.

Use a Combination of Survival Skills
One type of survival strategy does not negate the other.
All survival preparations will favor you in all survival scenarios.
Preparing for one does not mean not preparing for another.
All survival preparations are good.

Secession

There has been a lot of talk about secession lately.

It used to be that when the little people said stuff like that the establishment put them on FBI black lists and watched them for the rest of their lives.

Now it’s the rich people doing it, so it’s acceptable and even fashionable.

Fact is the states have been the Federal Government’s whores for more than half a decade.

They have been paid for their compliance with Federal mandates with abundant Federal money, which they have been more than happy to stuff down their bras.

Now the money is running out, and there is trouble at the stud-ranch.

In effect, the Federal government has been bribing the states for decades to go along with its programs and policies, without ever actually making them part of the Federal government or gaining any official authority to dictate. The states have been going along because their coffers have been constantly filled at Federal expense.

Come on.

You don’t really think state money built that luxurious high school your kid goes to, do you? Nor do you really think your local police department bought all those fancy toys with state money, right?

The problem this has been some bad obedience training and negative conditioning. Simply put, the states have been conditioned to follow the money, not their conscience. They have become accustomed to operating at the level they are at through Federal subsidies.

Once that Federal money dries up (which it will soon), all those fancy high schools, those glitzy police departments, those decadent libraries will cease to function.

What will the states do?

What have they been conditioned to do?

Answer: they have been conditioned to stick their hand and cry for money and even compete against other states for free money emanating from the Federal money tree. In fact, many still have a blind faith that a Federal economic bailout will rescue them just in the nick of time (even though they themselves are bankrupt).

Once the Federal government tells the states “there is no more money,” the likely reaction of the states will be…absolute and total shock.

This will be followed by desperate brainstorming on how to fix their crumbling Federally-dependent infrastructure, followed by…the need to seek more money… elsewhere.

When the money runs out, states will begin to think it their right to distance themselves, from a Federal government that is no longer the sugar daddy that provides for their needs, and in so not doing, has become completely ‘useless.’ They will proceed to individually seek out the favors of nations that have plenty of money to spend, so they can keep living at the level they have been at under the Federal trough.

Depending on how weak the Federal government is, and how whored out the states have become, this could lead to actual or virtual secession by some states due to economic factors.

Think about it. Venezuela has lots of free oil it is ready to give out to its friends, so does Iran. China doesn’t know what to do with all the dollars it’s sitting on. But, oh bother, the states can’t get any of it, because the Federal government has problems with those countries.

Why not just tell the Federal government to get lost, and make a bid for all those goodies?

See, that opens up a whole new box of cornucopia for the beggar states!

Well, who has the money nowadays? Let’s see, China is rather well off in the money department. So are the Gulf States. And don’t forget Russia. Although Russia is supposedly down on the account books, she still has an over-abundance of all types of natural resources she doesn’t know quite what to do with. Trade it in exchange for influence maybe?

The new ‘More Independent States of America’ will soon be offering bids and opening new relationships with all these countries, no matter what the Federal Government says.

In fact, secession is already being offered as a way to revitalize the states economies.

“What?” You say?

Indeed. Just get rid of all those Federal regulations, all those Federal taxes, and all those Federal economic limitations, and tomorrow you could be making millions off Cuban cigars, or restarting your economy based on selling legal marihuana (to hell with the ‘war on drugs’), or revving up your industries on free Iranian and Venezuelan gas.

My point is all of the above is a pipe dream, dreamed up by political entities (the states), who have become used to getting a hand out from their sugar daddy (the Federal Government), and have whored out their principles in the process, and indeed, have become like dependent whores. Well, guess what, the concept of nationhood is itself a principle. A principle that is going out the window based on economic convenience.

But let’s be honest here. Do you want people like the ones that populate your local HOA, county or state government dictating your lives? Yeah, you know, dictating - like the way they are dictating already.

I live in Arizona, and I’ve had two governors I’ve voted for and gotten elected (Mecham and Symington) get kicked out of office by our local oligarchy (called the Phoenix 40) because they didn’t like the men the people elected to run this state,

We also have a scary troll who calls himself Sheriff of Maricopa County, who has been the dictator of that post for 17 years, and who systematically crushes, harasses, imprisons and prosecutes anyone who criticizes him or who simply does not go along with his programs. His name is Sheriff Joe Arpaio, and, believe me, this guy is not nice. He runs his own intelligence agency, and keeps any would be critics scared. I am not joking. This man harasses and intimidates the very members of County government. People are scared of this man, because he uses the law as his own personal baseball bat, and he spies on everyone through the Internet and through his own spy agency.

Or how about Texas Governor Rick “Bildeberger” Perry who mandated all little girls in Texas be vaccinated with an STD whore vaccine by executive order even though he had a business interest in the company manufacturing the vaccine-and- the vaccine was not fully tested or safe – and - the vaccine itself sickened, hurt or destroyed a bevy of innocent little girls who got it. Yeah, this is the same guy who is now talking about secession from the union (with him at the new helm, I suppose).

Or how about all those states who take children away from their parents because the parents refuse to shoot up their kids with autism-causing vaccines, or who take away their kids because they refuse to submit them to deadly chemo and radiation therapy when their kids are diagnosed with cancer. Listen up, these are the people standing on the sidelines ready to take the reins of the new ‘ Turnip Republics of America.’

Anyone who has had his head stepped on or his arms twisted by your local friendly law enforcement thug knows how friendly these folks are. Oh yeah, real sweethearts. Makes me feel all warm and cuddly inside.

The truth is our state governments are composed of some pretty ruthless, mean and corrupt people, who really need someone to look over their shoulders (like the Federal Government) in order to keep them from going completely ape-shit on us.

Don’t get me wrong!

I’m not saying the Federal Government is any better. But what I am saying is that it takes two jealous, corrupt and competing thugs to keep the balance of power. The states don’t trust the Feds and the Feds don’t trust the states. Their mutual power struggle is what keeps either side from going medieval.

So my question is this:

Do you really want all supervision and control removed from your local and state plutocracy?

I thought so.

If you’ve had to suffer through arbitrary high-handed abuse of local HOAs, school districts, local courts and local police, like I have, then you know what type of people you are dealing with: people who need some sort of balance of power arrangement to keep them from going totally ape-crazy on all of us.

No, I don’t get than cuddly warm feeling when I think of the “Republic of Arizona”, because I know that in such a Republic, my ass will probably be drop-kicked into some concentration camp (heard about our tent cities?), my rights totally violated myself totally crushed, without me being able to complain to anyone or anything.

At least under the present system we can go cry to the Federal Government who will probably act if for no other reason than to work and legitimize its own power.

It’s a sad fact that government has kept the states under its control through eternal infusions of Federal money. In this way it has effectively nationalized policy on education, transportation and law enforcement.

So you see, our founding Fathers actually got it right (again) by instituting a system balanced out between State and Federal government. The two losers keep things under control by keeping an eye on each other.

The Feds are obviously getting out of control. What we need to do is come together at the individual, city, county and state level to disempower the Federal Government from the inside, not disassemble the entire USA.

If we are unhappy with the size and power of the Federal Government, then we have the rights and means to get its power back under control through State and Congressional initiatives, not thorough secession.

Secession means the end of the United States of America, a hell of a lot of license to our local warlords and a lot of insecurity for the rest of us.

Think Russia, China and Mexico won’t bribe out, control and walk all over the new “corn republics of America.”

Think again.
