They've finally
done it.
The Federal
Government has crossed the Rubicon from being the legitimate
government of the United States and the American People to becoming a
totally illegitimate bureaucracy whose mandates no longer carry the
force of law.
It has become a
lawless fraud under the direction of international bankers and
oligarchs.
If the American
public has failed to notice this as of yet, it is because of a
masterful theater of legitimacy put on by the Establishment media to
merely make it look legitimate.
But the actions
of the government of late have been anything but legitimate.
In fact they
have been unconstitutional, illegal and downright criminal.
But the
corporate media conglomerate has been good at hiding the corporate
government's shame, much like you would dress up a whore.
When I started
researching this entry, I thought only a few examples would suffice.
But I was
wrong.
The examples of
illegitimate, criminal and treacherous acts by the Federal Government
are not only innumerable and consistent but ongoing.
There are
simply too many continuing criminal and unconstitutional acts being
perpetrated by this government to even begin to suggest it is
legitimate in any way shape or form.

reasons the Government of our once great nattion is no longer
legitimate:
PATRIOT ACT
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because it took the
liberty of doing away with our Constitutional Rights by passing The
Patriot Act in response to its own terrorist 9/11 attack.
The Patriot Act
did away with such Constitutional guarantees like the First Amendment
(free speech), the Third Amendment (no quartering of troops on
private property), the Fourth Amendment (warrants), the 6th Amendment
(speedy trial and due process) the 8th Amendment (no excessive
punishment or bail)...and forget the 9th and 10th Amendments!
WARRANTLESS
SEARCHES
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because it violates the
law of the land – The Constitution - consistently by now carrying
out warrantless searches on a continuous basis.
PREPARING FOR
WAR AGAINST AMERICA
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because it is preparing
for war against the American people by passing NDAA 2012, purchasing
thousands of armored vehicles and buying up billions of rounds of
ammunition while declaring Christians and former military as
potential terrorists.
DENYING THE
RIGHT TO TRAVEL
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because it has denied
law abiding Americans the right to travel freely by including them in
arbitrary blacklists called 'no fly lists' against which there is no
recourse or chance of removal. These arbitrary, permanent blacklists
are as unconstitutional, illegal and illegitimate as the government
that creates and enforces them.
ELECTRONIC
VOTING
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because it is elected
through non-verifiable, easily hackable, foreign owned electronic
voting machines. There is no solid verifiable proof of who or how
many voted or for whom the vote was cast. Therefore the elections of
this government are a fraud, the officials elected by such methods
illegitimate and by extension, the government itself is illegitimate.
VOTE COUNT
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because its national
elections are counted by foreign corporations like Scytl ( of Spain),
Sequoia (of Venezuela) and Smartmatic (ofCanada), not the United
States Government or any American institution public or private.
OBAMACARE
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because it passed the
unconstitutional Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) which fuses
government power with corporate capital, forcing the public to
purchase a private produced product (health insurance) provided by
private entities (corporations) through force applied by a public
institution (the Executive).
MERCENARIES
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because it uses private
corporate mercenary forces both without and within the United States.
It illegally makes use of mercenary corporations (like Blackwater) in
emergency situations (to control Americans) and in foreign countries
(like Iraq) to murder people. A government cannot use private
mercenary armies and hold itself to be a legitimate government. For
using mercenary forces both inside and outside the United States and
giving them the power of law enforcement, the Government of the
United States is no longer legitimate.
FOREIGN TROOPS
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because it has used and
has included in its emergency planning and through its executive
orders the deployment foreign troops on American soil.
ILLEGAL
MILITARY STRIKES
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because the Executive
Branch illegally initiates military attacks upon a foreign nations
(example: Libya) without the approval, knowledge, consultation or
consent of Congress.
EXECUTIVE ABUSE
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because the Executive
has declared its illegal and unconstitutional right to govern by
executive order, up to and including the reduction of our nuclear
arsenal, gun control and the deployment of military forces while
refusing to open its records to investigative Congressional
Committees and brushing off Congress's powers of oversight in
addition to sealing its records and immersing all its activities in
secrecy.
CHEMTRAILS
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because it has allowed
the poisoning of the American public and American territory through
Chemtrailing – a phenomenon it has not only carried out, but has
kept secret, refusing to disclose the origin, nature and purpose of
this operation, which has now been found to be toxic and dangerous to
public health and welfare of Americans in addition to making forests
exponentially flammable.
GM CROPS
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because its courts have
supported, protected and legitimized the unsafe, dangerous, illegal,
predatory and monopolistic practice of the Monsanto Corporation,
which is poisoning and killing Americans while shortening our
lifespan and (in lunatic fashion) claiming its right to make crops
that have been contaminated with their genetically modified material
THEIR property, which spread counts as the contamination of our
country by toxic agents and the poisoning of our food supply. That
the courts of the government should back such a claim have made the
government itself illegitimate and illegal.
FLUORIDE
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because it has not only
allowed, but sanctioned, funded and supported the insertion of
poisonous fluoride in our water supply, an element proven by science
to be poisonous and which has been used (and continues to be used)
as rat poison, and for furthermore allowing the insertion of
radioactive elements of this poison from China to be inserted in our
water supply. Any government which willfully poisons its citizens is
illegitimate.
POLICE TRAINING
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because it trains the
police to be distrustful, wary, and afraid of the public while
teaching methods of lethal over-reaction and sanctioning the deaths
of innocents caused by these over-reactions in its courts while
allowing the perpetrators to go free, return to the streets to
continue their trade (in spite of multiple wrongful deaths). Any
government that sanctions unlawful and abusive killing and trains its
employees to carry it out is illegitimate.
POLICE
BRUTALITY
The United
States Government is no longer legitimate because its police
regularly brutalizes, tortures and kills American citizens while
totally ignoring the law when it comes to warrants, suspect rights
and even the right to life. They torture Americans into compliance by
use of Taser electrocution devices or other physical means. They
regularly endangers innocents with ongoing brutal SWAT team assaults
on suspect and even non-criminal homes endangering (and frequently
ending) the lives of those innocents living therein. The police
randomly arrest and brutalize citizens for no legal reason. The
courts that justify, uphold and protect such illegal and brutal
activity are also, by extension, illegitimate. Any government that
engages in the wrongful death and torture of its citizens is
illegitimate.
IDEOLOGICAL
TRAINING
Our Government is no longer legitimate because it trains
local law enforcement in the anti-American ideology by depicting the
Founding Fathers as 'terrorists' and labeling anyone mentioning the
words 'sovereign,' 'Constitution,' Bible and patriot as a prospective
terrorist and enemy combatant. Any government that criminalizes the
native culture, religion and belief of a country is illegitimate.
WRONGFUL
TARGETING
Our Government
is no longer legitimate because it is using Homeland Security to
target Christians, Tea Party Members, Patriots, Constitutionalists,
Ron Paul followers, Veterans and other Americans as 'enemy
combatants, ' enemies of the state. ' and 'terrorists.' As such it is
showing itself to follow the dictates of entities foreign to the
basis of American society which these groups represent. Any
government that makes war against the established religious and
political beliefs of the general population is not only illegitimate,
but criminal and is acting as a foreign occupying force.
DECLARATION OF
WAR AGAINST THE AMERICAN PUBLIC
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate for having declared
America a 'battlefield' and the American people 'enemy combatants' in
its unconstitutional NDAA 2012 law, as such it has committed treason
and has openly turned against the American public it is supposed to
serve.
OBEYING FOREIGN
INSTITUTIONS
The Government
is no longer legitimate for pledging itself to international laws,
treaties and institutions and applying and funding the mandates of
those institutions as the law of the land by way of World Trade
Organization decisions and UN programs like Agenda-21. This makes the
American government a representative and enforcer of a foreign power,
not the American people and therefore an alien organization.
EXECUTIVE
ORDERS
The Government
is no longer legitimate by way of its Executive Branch's consistent
bypassing of Congress in the formulation, execution and funding of
its Executive Orders to the point where it believes it can bypass and
even replace Congressional authority by way of Executive Fiat.
UNCONSTITUTIONAL
LAWS
The Government
is no longer legitimate due to a constant and continuing track record
of passing unconstitutional laws like The Patriot Act, NDAA 2012, The
Affordable Care Act (Obamacare). As an institution bent on illegal
unconstitutional legislative behavior, it can no longer be called
legitimate.
PENETRATED BY
INTELLIGENCE ASSETS
The Government
is no longer legitimate because it has been penetrated from head to
foot by intelligence assets masquerading as representatives,
senators, mayors, military officers, college heads, federal
bureaucrats...and even Presidents as the examples of Oliver North,
H.W. Bush, Bill Clinton, Barak Obama bear witness. As such, the
American government has become more of an intelligence asset than a
legitimate government.

UNDER FALSE PRTENSES
The Government
is no longer legitimate because it has consistently gone to war on
the basis of lies, false assertions and misinformation in order to
delude the American public into acquiesence, a good example being the
'weapons of mass destruction' over which we occupied Iraq, but never
existed.
MURDER OF
AMERICAN CITIZENS
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because it has used its
intelligence assets to murder American citizens like Michael Hastings
and Andrew Breitbart (and an ever increasing list of of others).
IMPOSTOR
PRESIDENT
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because it is headed by
an impostor and a possible Communist agent who calls himself Barak
Hussein Obama, who cannot prove his birth, has used the social
security of others and has resided a large portion of his life in
foreign nations and regularly attempts against the stability and
continuity of the United States while signing laws that are totally

of the United States is no longer legitimate because it allows
citizens with double nationality and divided loyalties like Michael
Chertoff and Rahm Emmanuel (both Israeli dual nationals) to occupy
positions of high power and authority within the US Government.
PARTICIPATES IN
COVER UPS
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because it participates
in the cover-up of crimes against the American Government, the
American public and the American society such as it has done in the
Kennedy Assassination, the Bombing of the USS Liberty, MK Ultra, 9/11
and many other crimes which have been covered up by the government.
As such it is legally complicit in these crimes and totally
illegitimate.

act of spending and borrowing the country into bankruptcy with the

The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because most of its
Executive and Judicial and a majority of its Legislative Branch are
occupied by members the Council on Foreign Relations. As such an
entity, the American Government represent the Council, NOT either
political party and least of all the American people.

DESTRUCTION
The Government
of the United States of America is no longer legitimate because it
has participated, is participating and seems to be decided to
continue to participate in the destruction of the American economy by
endless debt, ever increasing taxes and byzantine commerce rules and

American way and the American economic system. This makes it totally

and officially declared it follows the mandates NOT of its Congress
or the People, but of International Organizations like the World
Trade Organization (WTO), the World Bank, the United Nations and

of the United States is no longer legitimate because it has
surrendered the wealth of the people to a private banking institution
called the Federal Reserve, to which every dollar it prints is
counted as sovereign debt. By recognizing this mechanism which signs
over the wealth of the nation to a privately owned foreign entity,
the American government has made itself illegal.

INTELLIGENCE ENTANGLEMENTS
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because it collaborates,
contracts and empowers foreign intelligence fronts such as Verint and
Naris, two Israeli Mossad front companies, who are allowed to wiretap
ALL American telecommunications. This collaboration with a foreign
power is TREACHERY and takes away all legitimacy from the standing
government.

in foreign troops to operate and regulate Americans astride our
military and police forces. As such it has invited foreign forces to
have authority and control over Americans. This is national betrayal.

PUBLIC FUNDS TO PRIVATE BANKS
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because it has handed
over trillions of dollars in public funds to privately owned banks -
an act that amounts to robbery – under the guise of 'bailing out
the banks.' This huge transfer of public wealth into private hands is
totally illegal and puts the American government merely as the
representative of the great banks.
REFUSING TO
INTERACT WITH CONGRESS
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because its Executive
has stopped obeying Congress, stopped informing Congress and has
ignored Congressional Committees' repeated requests for information
pertaining to its acts. This is grounds for impeachment of the
Executive, and has made the entire government illegitimate and
unworkable.
DENYING FARMERS
THE RIGHT TO FARM
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because it has trampled
on the farmer's right to farm, confiscating and destroying, his
fields, his animals and his livelihood in the interests of corporate
combines like Monsanto. As such it has acted as the private muscle of
corporate capital and has made itself totally illegitimate.
BEHAVING AS IF
THE CONSTITUTION DOES NOT EXIST
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because it habitually
and regularly acts in its laws, in its regulations and in the
behavior of its officials as if the Constitution does not exist. This
is a violation of the original contract which created the United
States of America, and as such, negates its standing as a legitimate
government or even the standing government of the United States
itself. The Constitution of the United States is a contract between
the Federal Government, the States and the People. Violation of this
contract nullifies the existence of this contract and the government
which was created by it.
SECRETS COURTS
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because it has illegally
empowered secret unelected courts of secret membership with secret
powers and secret procedures which order the secret arrest,
incarceration and even termination of Americans
For all the
above illegal, unlawful and unconstitutional acts, the Government of
the United States has become illegitimate and illegal and no longer
represents the law of the land – the Constitution, but has become
an oppressive occupying force, alien to the law, the aspirations, the
culture, the nature and the representation of the people and the
Constitution of the United States and as such no longer holds
legitimate power over these United States.
PERSECUTING
CHRISTIANS
The Government
of the United States is no longer legitimate because it has declared
Christians, the predominant population of this country, potential
terrorists and potentially insane. This is a treacherous act and a
complete betrayal of the American people, the American culture and
the American nation.
FOR ALL THE
ABOVE MENTIONED ACTS OF TREACHERY AND BETRAYAL, which demonstrate the
behavior not of a national government, but of a foreign occupying
force, the Federal Government has showed itself time and time again
to be illegitimate and illegal - NOT the legitimate Government of the
United States even as it continues to act as an unconstitutional
occupying force at the service of foreign capital, foreign
institutions and foreign entities to which we owe no allegiance or
